“Singularity”, new single from Ministry’s farewell album

Ministry release “Singularity”, the new dystopian single from the band’s latest album “Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)”, who will star in the tour ““Goodbye Europe 2027”.

“Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)” will see the light next October 30 through Cleopatra Records and will include a total of ten songs among which will be this “Singularity”. This album will mark the closing of the career of the leading industrial rock band led by Al Jourgensen. Founded in 1981 in Chicago, it was initially distinguished by its marked synth-pop, in tune with the new sounds and technology of that time. However, he soon developed a rawer and more stylized sound, which has continued to reflect Jourgensen’s views on the alarming state of society and politics.

Ministry have been recognized as pioneers of industrial music across seventeen studio albums, 8 live releases, 8 side projects and multiple tours across 5 continents. However, before saying goodbye, creator and musical genius Jourgensen has a few things to say in “Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)” about the state of the world, those in charge, and how we should all move forward collectively.

“Singularity” is the third single taken from “Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)”followed by the singles “Burned Out” and “We Hate.” Ministry’s new single accompanies the apocalypse that seems to be coming upon us with AI: “Your time on this planet is over… we are in control”warns a cyborg in the music video for “Singularity” directed by Ben Garcia (Rage4Order Designs) in coordination with Al Jourgensen and Joshua Bradford (ex-Revolting Cocks).

The album also includes a standout final collaboration with veteran member Paul Barker on their latest track, ‘We’re Still Here’, alongside the work of Jourgensen’s current bandmates: guitarists Mount Pittman and Cesar Sotothe bassist Paul D’Amourkeyboardist John Bechdel and the drummer Pepe Clarke Magana. Ministry to perform songs from the album, as well as some of their greatest hits, on international farewell tour “Goodbye Europe 2027”, with Die Krupps as special guests, starting in early April. These concerts will also offer exclusive meetings with Jourgensen.

Spain has two dates: el April 14, 2027 in La Riviera, Madrid and the 15 of the same month at Paral·lel 62, Barcelona. Tickets are on sale on the Resurrection Fest website.
