Paola Turci, the new album is “Amore a dismeasure”

Paola Turci returns with a new album of unreleased songs: the singer-songwriter will release “Amore a dismeasure” on October 2nd, her first recording project of original material seven years after her previous studio work. The album is anticipated by “Vita mia”, the single with which Turci inaugurated this new artistic phase, also marked by a new recording contract with BMG.
The artist explained:

“Love beyond measure” was born from a question, rather than an answer.
We have been taught that loving without measure is the highest form of love (St. Augustine), but there is a thin line where passion turns into dependence, desire into possession, dedication into cancellation. Between fragility and strength, abandonment and resistance, light and shadow, “Love beyond measure” walks on that border, looking him in the eyes.

For Turci it is the return to an album of unreleased songs after a seven-year recording break. The album is already available for pre-order and will be released in digital, CD and vinyl formats. The editions also include a limited and numbered vinyl version with alternative cover and autographed postcard.

After a series of albums released first for Vincenzo Micocci’s It and then for RCA Italiana, Turci – who had already published the album “Una scommata e via” for BMG in 1995 – was under contract with Universal Music Italia between 2009 and 2012, publishing the albums “Attraversami il cuore”, “Giorni di rose” and “Le storie degli altri”: having moved to Warner Music Italy, the artist subsequently published “The Second Heart” in 2017 and “Viva da Morre” in 2019.
