Superluna in Sanremo 2026, De Core podcast: The Jackal
On the final day of Sanremo 2026, the last appointment at Superluna also arrived with Alessandro Pieravanti and Danilo “from Fiumicino”who bring their “De Core Podcast” in Sanremo. Guests are Ciro and Martina of the comedy group originally from Naples, The Jackal.
To break the ice Alessandro and Danilo focus on the classic opening question: “the first ‘de core’ memorywhen you were little?”. Martina says: “When I was in elementary school I was very good at writing poetry. A friend of mine asked me to write her a poem. But when it was read in front of everyone, it was a great success. So I stood up screaming and crying to say that I had written it.” For his part, Ciro explains: “If I think back to fifth grade, I remember that I had taken part in a show and realized that I wanted to do this when I grew up. I had noticed that my teachers’ and parents’ perception of me had changed.”
The chat then revolves around various topics, from what they would like to do for Naples if they were elected mayor. “I would do a very basic thing: I would work on the frequency of trains,” says Martina. While Ciro states that he would issue “a device that would prevent the construction of accommodation facilities”) to the difference between the Neapolitan city and Sanremo during the Festival week. Then comes the time for the game with a series of fun questions about TV programs, in view of The Jackal’s debut with the new show “Late to bed tonight“.
Ciro then shares his passion for music by telling his experience Zecchino D’Oro with the song “I can’t take it anymore”, and explaining that many ask him to collaborate: “I leave that passion there, I don’t want it to become a job”, he explains. Martina, on the other hand, explains how she feels “very bad” when she has to publish songs or comedy pieces, and her advice is precisely to do things in a group and not alone.
The meeting ends with a discussion about the week of the Festival, so tiring that Ciro goes so far as to propose: “I would only do three days of Sanremo”. Martina, on the other hand, agrees with Danilo “from Fiumicino” who states: “I would do four evenings of covers and one of competition”.
