Willie Nelson is healed, tour with Bob Dylan can start
Green light for the 91-year-old Willie Nelson who has been “cleared” by doctors to resume his “Outlaw Music Festival Tour” together with Bob Dylan. In reality, rather than resume, it would be correct to say to begin the “Outlaw Music Festival Tour”, which should have started last June 21st in Atlanta, before the doctors’ death, due to an unspecified illness, he stopped everything to allow Willie to get back to health.
Now a statement published on his Instagram account announces that Willie Nelson is fit to perform again. The tour will resume tomorrow, July 2, in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
Despite his no longer very young age, Willie is more active than ever. Last month he announced the release of
a cannabis-based cookbook
despite revealing that he quit smoking marijuana due to health issues in 2019. While on May 31, he released his latest album
“The border”
