Who are Annisokay, in concert in Milan in November 2025
Annisokay have announced their return to European stages for what they bill as their biggest headlining tour ever. The occasion will see the German post-hardcore band playing 30 shows in 14 countries in Europe for the “Abyss Pt. II” tour, after having played over 20 shows in the Old Continent in 2023, and having supported Within Temptation throughout 2024.
The Italian date will be held at the Legend Club Milan on Saturday 29 November 2025. Two other bands will perform at the opening and will be announced soon. Tickets are on sale now on MC2Live.it.
Annisokay formed in 2007 in Halle, and are known for their ability to combine aggressive riffs and heavy breakdowns with catchy melodies and electronic atmospheres. The band’s name is a play on words that refers to Anne Frank and the message of hope that emerges from her writings. The band has undergone several lineup changes over the years, but guitarist and producer Christoph Wieczorek has remained a central figure. In 2020, singer Rudi Schwarzer joined the group, bringing a new energy to the songs thanks to his powerful scream, alongside Christoph’s clean voice.
Annisokay has released several successful albums, including 2012’s “The Lucid Dream(er)”, 2018’s “Arms” and 2021’s “Aurora”. Their songs tackle themes such as resilience, identity and the fight against adversity, and have gained an international fan base through a combination of emotional lyrics and energetic performances. In recent years, the band has undertaken tours in Europe, Asia and North America, establishing itself as one of the most promising acts of the modern metalcore scene.
