Tribute concert to Patti Smith: how it went

Bruce Springsteen, Flea, Karen or, Michael Stipe, Johnny Depp And others have guided an all-star jam Patti Smith At his charity tribute concert last night at the Carnegie Hall in New York hosted the tribute concert ‘People Have The Power: A Celebration of Patti Smith’.

Bruce Springsteen and the house band of the evening led by Tony Shanahanhistorical member of the Smith band, together with Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and to the drummer of the tour of Rolling Stones Steve Jordanhave performed a version of “Because the night”.

At the concert they performed, among others,

They headed to read Patti’s poems.
