“From zero”: what Linkin Park sounds like without Chester Bennington

Not just like the super bowl, but almost. At the Champions League final, last night, there was a moment of great music. To inaugurate the evening, the most anticipated football appointment of the season, were the Linkin Park, called to perform at the opening of the match between Inter and PSG then won with a goleada with Parisians with a spectacular show: the orphaned band of Chester Bennington, returned to the scene last November with a new singer, Emily Armstrong, has inflamed the Allianz Arena in Munich. He did it on the notes of two songs taken from the latest album “From Zero” (“Heavy is the Crown” and “The Emptine Machine”) and on those of two of his battle horses such as “Numb” and “In the End”. The Linkin Park kicked off Austin, Texas, to the tour that will also pass through Italy, at the end of this month last April. The date already circled on the calendar by fans of the band is that of June 24, when the Linkin Park will perform in Milan in the i-Days with their “from Zero World Tour”.
