The suspect of the murder of Tupac Shakur is said to be innocent

Speaking with ABC News, Davis said he was “innocent” and “not killing anyone”. Davis also expressed remorse for giving interviews and writing about Shakur’s death, claiming to have done it to make money.

In reality Davis was not accused of shooting in Shakur. The Nevada prosecutors claim that the former leader was at the head of the group who killed the rapper in a shooting. Davis is the only suspect to have been accused of Shakur’s death and declared himself not guilty of murder.

Davis’s lawyer, Carl Arnold, also asked for the case, claiming that his client should never have been accused of a crime due to previous immunity agreements. The start of the Davis process is scheduled for Monday 9 February 2026.
