The Rise Against return with ‘Nod’, the first single in three years
“Nod” is the title of the single that sees the Rise Against returning with a new song after three years. And, according to what has been known, fans can soon expect other unpublished music. The new song, produced by Catherine Marks, starts the “next inspired chapter” of the band.
“‘Nod’ speaks of the comfort we find in the community,” said the frontman Tim Mcilrath in a press release: “It concerns comfort in knowing that we are not alone. This comfort can temperate our anger and our frustration, at least temporarily “.
The single “Nod” comes almost four years after the 2021 album “Nowhere Generation”, followed by an EP entitled “Nowhere Sessions” which included live versions of the album songs and the then unpublished “Last Man Standing”.
At the moment it is not known whether and when the Rise Against will announce a new studio album. The group is on the procinto to undertake a new tour in Europe and in the UK which will start on January 28th from Dublin and will continue until February 22nd.
