The musical director and composer of the Grand Finale of the highly anticipated event is the composer and pianist Roberto Cacciapagliawho signs “Olympia“. The symphonic poem in four movements, performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London, tells of the arrival, journey and rise of the Olympic flamethe most symbolic moment of the opening of the 2026 Winter Olympics. Again as part of Milano Cortina 2026, from Saturday 7th to 22nd February, Roberto Cacciapaglia’s music will accompany the daily appointment at the Arco della Pace in Milan open to citizens and tourists with the animation of the Olympic brazier.
