The French trio Dov’è Liana will be Katy Perry’s opening act
The French trio Dov’è Liana will be the opening act of Katy Perry’s concertscheduled for 19 July 2026 at the Historic Walls Area of Lucca as part of the Lucca Summer Festival. Lucca will be the American artist’s only Italian date. Dov’è Liana is a French trio that mixes French touch, Italian influences and rock in a formula between house pop and electronic. Also inspired by the experiences lived in Palermo, Dov’è Liana attracted attention with songs sung in Italian and a strong live dimension. Their first single, “Why do you cry Palermo”initially released without mix or master, began to circulate rapidly in Italy, also bringing them to the club stages of Milan. In 2024 they released their first album, “Love 679”, followed by over 40 concerts in Europe. In 2025 the group inaugurated a new artistic phase signing with Carosello Records and releasing the rework “(We are all) night animals” feat. Malika Ayane, followed by the singles “Cip Cip” and “Cookie’s Party”, released in conjunction with the live return to the MI AMI Festival. In Lucca they will open Katy Perry’s concert before the American pop star’s only Italian date.
