According to what was reported by “Ultimate Classic Rock”, the Australian band is present with five songs in the ranking drawn up by the study conducted by the whiskey retailer Flask & Barrel. First place is occupied by “Thunderstruck”, followed by “Highway to Hell”, while in fourth position is “Back in Black”, in eighth position “You shook me all night long” and in eighteenth position there is “TNT”.

According to what was reported, Spotify playlists that referenced drinking or partying in their titles were analyzed for this study. Just over 23,400 were found, and the collected tracks were then separated based on various types of music. “Thunderstruck” was the top rock song with 521 spots on holiday playlists, followed by “Highway to Hell” in 477 selections, “Back in Black” in 447 and “You shook me all night long” in 393. In total, AC/DC appeared in the top 4,143 rock genre “party playlists”. Hip-hop is the most popular genre, however, with 70,249 tracks and “Yeah!” of Usher on top.

In the top ten places in the ranking of the best rock songs for partying and merrymaking, there are also “Sweet Home Alabama” by Lynyrd Skynyrd, “Hotel California” by the Eagles, “Fortunate Son” by Creedence Clearwater Revival, “Dreams” by Fleetwood Mac , “Don't Stop Believin'” by Journey and “Africa” ​​by Toto.
