Summer (with a 90s flavor) of the Almamegretta

The summer of the Almamegretta has the flavor of the 90s. After the shows in the clubs, the Neapolitan band continues to celebrate the thirty years of its most acclaimed album, bringing it this time on the stages of the outdoor arenas. It was 1995 when Raiz and associates sent in the “Sanacore” stores, destined to become not only one of the most important records of their career but also a cornerstone for more than a generation of artists who have drawn to that synthesis of electronics, dubs, reggae and Neapolitan tradition of which Almamegretta were absolute precursors in Italy.

The thirty -year tour, simply renamed “Sanacore Live Tour – 30th anniversary”, sees the band at the maximum of the form, protagonist of a powerful set that enhances all the depth of their sound, while reaffirming the essential value of “sanacor”, an album that thirty years after its release continues to be in one way or the other necessary.
