Sick Tamburo are back

It comes out Wednesday 19 November “Ho lost dreams”, the new single by Sick Tamburo, which marks the return of the band and anticipates the new album arriving at the beginning of 2026. “The biggest crime that can be committed is to steal a child’s dreams. Allowing something like this to happen is a real crime”, is the starting line of the song. “I lost my dreams” is the story of a thirteen-year-old boy left, against his will, alone among the rubble of his house, his neighborhood, his city. He doesn’t know where to go, where to hide, he just tries to stay alive. Around him there is a war, the reasons for which he cannot understand, and someone who has taken everything away from him: his dreams. On the suspended vocal lines of Gian Maria Accusania carpet of strings accompanies a plot of melodies that seem to chase each other until it explodes in a melancholy cry: the refrain. This is where guitars, bass and drums become the noise of a train trying to set off towards something new. Better. It is the cry of a thirteen year old who cannot deserve what is happening to him.
