Carlo Conti, live on Tg1, announced that Giorgia Cardinaletti, journalist and presenter of the Rai 1 news program, the leading face of public service information, will join the presenter and artistic director and Laura Pausini on the final evening of the 76th Sanremo Festival.

Thus unveiling a new piece of the Sanremo 2026 mosaic dedicated to Pippo Baudo, Conti then revealed the Lifetime Achievement Awards to pay homage to those artists who have made Italian song immortal. The Lifetime Achievement Award goes to Fausto Leali, Mogol and Caterina Caselli.
