Sanremo 2025, the report cards: a third evening without twists
The third evening at Ariston is lying and without surprises, with a little boredom: The other 14 big names performed, those who did not go to the second round of Boa, all voted by the Jury of Radio and the Televote. Musical Superospiti i Duran Duranwho made a medley of successes and covers (“Psycho Killer” with Victoria, Maneskin bassist) and the ending with “Wild Boys”. Nothing memorable, it must be said: A nostalgic moment, the band seemed a little moscia. Even the television part was not particularly brilliant: fewer songs in the race creeped the more cuddly, gags, guests – with a few fun guids of Katia Follesa, but little more.
The final of the young people was placed at the end, at midnight and a half passed, with September a little more fire than Alex Wyse. It was September to triumph. These are our votes and report cards to the songs and the performances of the big names: they made a prominent one Olly particularly intense, and in addition to him Bruori, Joan Thiele and Shabloall names that we had already reported to you.
Gaia – “Call you call me”: 5
Compared to the first performance, the singer grew, it is increasingly “inside” the song, which however does not have a real bite. The performance, complete with a corps de ballet, holds up. At the sound level he chases the Clap-Clap to Mahmood and for this he smells like already heard.
Francesco Gabbani – “Long live life”: 7
Gabbani, without betraying or distorting, brings to Ariston a song with a classic structure, but which in its simplicity, for the Sanremo public, works, both on a textual and musical level.
Irama – “slowly”: 5
Dressed as one of the Knights of the Zodiac presents a piece soaked in the usual and obvious romanticism. A song without surprises.
Tony Effe – “Damme ‘na hand”: 4
He arrives with leather dressed, with the tattoos that he had hidden the other night. The song remains the same Stornello that does not improve, on the contrary …
Modà – “I don’t forget you”: 5
Same themes of all time, same sounds as always, themselves Modà as always.
Coma things – “Cuoricini”: 6
Torching made and finished for better or for worse. Perhaps, in front of their career, also dotted with pieces such as “flames in the eyes”, more badly. Even after the festival it will work.
Olly – “Balorda nostalgia”: 8
Take out the song from inside, from the bowels.
He has a particular transport and in fact the public pays him a well -deserved standing ovation. A well -written ballet which, beyond any result, will remain even after the end of the festival.
Noemi – “If you fall in love with you”: 6
Noemi does Noemi: sings with personality And strength, but the song, despite Blanco’s signatures, Michelangelo and Mahmood, appears dated, has no truly original or memorable sides.
Shablo feat. Guè, Joshua & Tormento – “My word”: 7
In the end it is the only truly “urban” piece of this edition of Sanremo: Old School, with a nice groove, a nice refrain from Joshua, Gué and torment that rap and have fun. In Shablo console: it also makes television. Good vibes.
Joan Thiele – “Eco”: 7
An attack on Morricone, a voice that pays homage, with all the debt proportions, great divers such as Mina and Amy Winehouse. The singer and musician smears a guitar who has personally created: one of the most interesting names in this Sanremo Festival.
Massimo Ranieri – “In his hands a heart”: 6
One of the great Italian voices. The piece That’s exactly what one might expect from him and does not stand out for freshness.
Sarah Toscano – “Amarcord”: 5
A trivial piece, interpreted well, for heaven’s sake, but that does not stand out and that stands on felt and resentful sounds.
Bruori Sas – “The tree of walnuts”: 8
A Degregorian song in the trend, but with a personal writing that for depth and images stands between the banality we often hear. In the second performance it is always safer.
Clara – “fever”: 5
Very skilled and prepared in exploiting the direction: he plays with the cameras, moves well on stage, but the song does not center, everything is too already felt.
