Sal Da Vinci will go to the Eurovision Song Contest in May

When explicitly questioned by Eddy Anselmi, Sal Da Vinci, winner of the 76th Sanremo Festival, declared that he will be honored to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest which will be held from 12 to 16 May in Vienna.

It’s something that affects me at the moment but at the same time it seems like such a big thing to face, bringing Italian music to our country is a source of pride. I have always seen music as a reason for great aggregation, shades of beauty, and it is important to be there in such a large context, which unites through music. Italy must be there, therefore “forever yes”. I had set some dates at the same time as the Eurovision Festival, I didn’t expect this victory, and I had to move them.
