Rosalía: Tickets will be refunded

Five days after the Milanese concert of Rosaliainterrupted due to the singer’s health problems, now there are updates on the reimbursement of tickets for those who were present at the Unipol Forum in Assago.

TicketOne and Ticketmaster are sending the terms of reimbursement to all users who purchased tickets. The email goes directly to those who purchased the coupons, as several users are writing on social media.

According to the screenshots of the emails published online, we read: “Dear Customer, we inform you that following the interruption of the concert for health reasons of the Artist, the Organizer has arranged refund of the ticket price plus presale fees (15%). Refund payments will be made starting from April 7th until June 30th 2026.”

“The ticket refund amount will be net of service fees, any delivery costs and Policy. Ticket Protected. Refunds will be made directly to the payment method used at the time of purchase. If you purchased with CDD or CGC we will contact you via email with more information on how to provide the refund. Once the refund has been processed, a notification will be sent via email to the address associated with the order”.

A petition had also started for an alternative solution: the rescheduling of the concert. Hypothesis which, therefore, must be excluded.
