Rosalía: the setlist of the Milan concert
Here we are. In Milan it is Rosalía’s day. The Spanish pop star arrives this evening at the Assago Forum with her “Lux tour”, the tour linked to her latest album “Lux”, which started last March 16th from Lyon, to tour the whole world. The show, whose setlist includes the performance of almost all the songs from the highly acclaimed album released last November, marks the return to Italy of Rosalía Vila Tobella, this is the singer-songwriter’s real name, three years after her last visit. It was the summer of 2023 when Rosalía performed again in Milan with the tour of “Motomami”, the previous album “Lux”.
There’s a little mystery surrounding the lineup. After performing it on the stage of the LDLC Arena in Décines-Charpieu, near Lyon, at the debut of the tour, Rosalía chose to cross off the hit “La noche de anoche”, the duet with Bad Bunny from 2020, from the list of songs. The reason was not disclosed. What is certain is that Rosalía will not sing the song this evening at the Assago Forum either. The heart of the setlist is represented by the songs of “Lux”: the pop star will play 15 of the 18 that make up the album’s tracklist. From the single “Berghain” (with Björk’s recorded voice) to the Italian song “Mio Cristo Piandiamo”, passing through “De madrugá”, “Divinize”, “La perla”, “Magnolias”, “Porcelana”, “Reliquia” and “Sauvignon Blanc”.
Alongside the songs from “Lux”, there will be some successes from previous albums, such as “La fama” and “Saoko”.
