Rolling Stones: the album would be ready, the tour is in the floors
THE Rolling Stonesaccording to Marlon, the son of the band’s guitarist Keith Richardsbefore the summer, they would have “almost finished” to work on a new album. The album would be their twenty -fifth effort in the studio and would follow “Hackney Diamonds” (Read the review here), published in October 2023.
For some time now the rumor that the British rockers are at work – or have concluded the works – on the new music (and also on a new tour) the declarations of Marlon Richardsreleased during an interview to the Record Collector magazine, come in response to the question about what the group was doing. “I am in the city right now, to record. I am in Chiswick (London area, editor’s note) or somewhere there; I think they have almost finished. They still have these absurd times: like after lunch until two in the morning. I would prefer to be elsewhere at that time of the night! Unless you find yourself inside, it is quite boring.”
Asked more specifically about what they were working, Marlon replied Serafico. “I guess an album: they have enough pieces left from the last album. They gave him a Grammy, so now they are all enthusiastic: ‘Oh, yes, we can make another one like this! Speaking of a possible new tour, Keef’s son said: “I think they are planning a tour in Europe”.
