Ringo Starr between country and Beatles with Jack White and Sheryl Crow

On 14 and 15 January, for two evenings, Ringo Starr to celebrate the release of his new solo album “Look up” (read it here review) dedicated to country music performed at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, the capital of country music, targeting the proceeds from live performances for the benefit of the American Red Cross and those affected by the Los Angeles forest fires.

In addition to some songs from the album, the former drummer of Beatles he proposed Fab Four classics revisited in a country key and was joined on stage by some friends such as Jack White, Sheryl Crow, Brenda Lee, Rodney Crowell, Emmylou Harris, Mickey Guyton, Sarah Jarosz, Jamey Johnson, Billy Strings, The War and Treaty and Larkin Poe.
