Radiohead: confirmed the tour in 2025?
According to some rumors of the last hours, the Radiohead management would have confirmed an imminent tour of the band during this year.
As reported by “Resident Advisor”, four tickets for a “Radiohead concert of your choice” would have been donated by Blueyed Pictures, a group management company, to a charity auction for the fire rescue of Los Angeles, organized by Palisades High School. The auction ended yesterday, March 17, and in the description of the tickets it was specified that the bidder with the highest offer could have chosen favorite cities and date “based on the band’s tour calendar”.
The newspaper also reported that a source close to the Radiohead would confirmed that Thom Yorke and associates “blocked dates in some European cities for a series of concerts in residence this autumn”.
The last live performance of the Radiohead dates back to August 1, 2018 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, at the end of the “A Moon Shaped Pool” tour.
The possible confirmation of new dates of the band comes shortly after the establishment of a new legal entity, suggesting that there could be important plans for 2025. Last week, the Radioheads created a “limited liability partnership” (LLP) with the name Rheuk25, a practice that have adopted several times in the past before announcing an album, a tour or a reprint.
