Queen return to the studio
It is not yet time to put an end to the history of Queen. The legendary band is celebrating the 50th anniversary of “Bohemian Rhapsody” and, in an interview granted to “Rolling Stone”, Brian May And Roger Taylor they hinted that There are still many projects for the group. “I don’t think we’re done,” says Taylor, “and I don’t think we’ll talk about a definitive farewell tour or something. May instead revealed that Queen worked on new music with Adam LambertFrontman since 2011, but they still don’t know what will come to life and what is not. “Not many know it, but Adam and we have been to the studio to try new things. So far nothing has materialized. Some things are destined to happen, others are not”. He added that the band took into consideration the idea of bringing A live show at the Las Vegas sphere. “I really like the sphere. The mind makes me work,” says the founder.
Why the sphere? The avant -garde restaurant opened its doors in 2023 and, since then, has already hosted artists of the caliber of U2, The Eagles, Phish and Backstreet Boys. It was the latter that inspired May: “I was sitting there watching the Eagles, thinking: We should do it. The material we could bring would be extraordinary. So yes, I would like to do it.
