PJ Harvey Releases Her Song For The Musical 'London Tide'

PJ Harvey tries it with “Love Will Tear Us Apart” by Joy Division

PJ Harvey — who wrapped up the North American leg of his tour in support of his latest album last month “I Inside the Old Year Dying” (read the review here) – she tried her hand at the cover of “Love Will Tear Us Apart” of the Joy Division for the second season of the Apple TV+ series ‘Bad Sisters’.

The song was recorded with the composer Tim Phillips and it is the last one created by Harvey for ‘Bad Sisters‘. PJ Harvey and Phillips, in addition to providing the soundtrack for the television series, had recorded a version of for the first season “Who by Fire” Of Leonard Cohenwhich served as the opening theme, in addition to the traditional folk cover “Run On”.
