Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii: the programming at the cinema continues

After being The most viewed film on April 28th and having positioned himself first at the Italian box officethe programming of the film-concert, which testifies to the iconic performance of Pink Floyd in 1971 at the Roman amphitheater of Pompeii, continues until May 7th.
The epochal concert film, originally released in 1972, directed by Adrian MabenAnd in theaters in restored version. Trafalgar Releasing and Sony Music Vision distribute the film concert in selected cinema and IMAX internationally. Tickets are already available in advance on www.pinkfloyd.film.
From the film, in the restored version, the performances of “Echoes (part I)”, “One of These Days”, “A Saucerful of Secrets” and a moment that testifies to the studio work of the historic British band on “The Dark Side of the Moon” were taken.
After returning to cinemas, the live album will also be released on May 2 “Pink Floyd at Pompeii – McMLXXII“(Legacy Recording / Sony Music) in CD, digital audio, and – for the first time – in Dolby Atmos and in vinyl. For the occasion, over 70 record stores throughout Italy celebrate the world of Pink Floyd with two special events: the Opening Night on Thursday 1 May, with extraordinary openings at night, and the Pink Floyd Day on Friday 2 May.
During the Opening Night, the selected stores will present custom showcases with ad hoc -based glassmies and scenographies. The next day, the Pink Floyd Day will involve shops throughout Italy, all set up with glassmies, shaped cartoons in two graphics and celebratory materials. The most creative windows will be rewarded with a celebratory t-shirt designed for the occasion. Whoever acquires the disc will receive in homage exclusive merchandise (until stocks last).
