Pezzali: “I would give Repetto a Grammy, the problem is the name 883”
Following the news released in the last few hours on the candidacy of Mauro Repetto for the merit of San Siro di Pavia, and the consequent opposition of Max Pezzali, it is the singer of “The world together with you” himself who intervenes on social media to clarify some points. Through a post shared on Instagram, accompanied by some shots with Repetto, Pezzali declared:
“If it were up to me, in addition to the San Siro di Pavia award, I would also give Mauro a Grammy for the importance he had in my life. What is coming out in these hours has to do with some fairly public legal issues that do not involve Mauro, but are linked to the use of the 883 name, a story that belongs to Mauro as much as to me. Despite what is starting to circulate online, the bond between me and Mauro is indestructible, established by those songs that are now more yours than ours. We like dark beers and James Dean motorcycles, not that bullshit they say in the movies.”
For his part, Mauro Repetto shared another shot with Pezzali on social media, with a message that reads:
“Paths may part, but the songs and memories we built together will remain forever. Only good music and shared dreams.”
