Care: "Mixes of a Lost World" outgoing

Only in Bologna the pre -listening of the new album of care

SEMM Music Store & More in Bologna is the only shop in Italy selected for listening to the world premiere of the charity project “Mixes of a Lost World” of the Care. An initiative curated directly by the leader of the English band Robert Smith who involved 24 bands to remix the band’s latest album, “Songs of a Lost World” (Read the review here), and 24 independent records in the world to present it in preview (each chosen by one of the bands participating in the project).

The preview continues by appointment until May 20, waiting for the album “Mixes of a Lost World” go out on the market on June 13th. The proceeds will go to War Child, an organization that provides assistance to children in conflict areas.

So, starting from today until May 24 (excluding Tuesday 14), at SEMM in Bologna it is possible to listen to 59 seconds in preview of each song on the album at 17:00, 18:00 and 19:00 on request. Listening takes place directly on Acetato: only 24 specimens have been produced worldwide, one for each selected shop. To make the experience even more fascinating is the particularity of the acetate support, which deteriorates listening after listening, as if it were a “physical countdown” that accompanies the wait for the exit of the album.
