Oasis participate in “Help(2)” for charity

There is a precise moment, on the last of seven magical nights at Wembley Stadium, 28 September 2025, when the din of 90,000 people became something more than just a concert. It was history being written in real time. Today, that rush of pure adrenaline finds a new home: the Oasis have confirmed their presence in “HELP(2)”the War Child Records collection.

The Gallagher brothers’ contribution is not just any track. This is an exclusive live version of ‘Acquiesces’the B-side that became an anthem, captured during their record-breaking world tour. For collectors, the song will be a gem to find: a single stand-alone included in the vinyl edition and one hidden track on the double CD. For everyone else, the digital journey will begin on March 6 on streaming platforms.

It’s not the first time Oasis has answered War Child’s call. You have to rewind the tape until 1995when the original “HELP” album shocked the music market. Then they opened with “Fade Away”, while Noel Gallagher joined legends like Paul McCartney and Paul Weller in The Smokin’ Mojo Filters. Today, three decades later, their return is not just a nostalgia operation, but the reaffirmation of a constant commitment towards the protection and education of children who experience the horror of conflicts.

The beating heart of “HELP(2)” beats within the legendary walls of Abbey Road Studios. Under the guidance of the manufacturer James Fordthe album was born in a frenetic and creative week in November 2025. The spirit was that of a pure jam session: Damon Albarn recorded “Flags” accompanied by Johnny Marr’s guitar and the voices of Grian Chatten and Kae Tempest; Olivia Rodrigo crossed paths (and strings) with Graham Coxon for a cover of “The Book of Love.”

The line-up is already a generational dream team: from Pulp to Arctic Monkeys, passing through Depeche Mode, Beth Gibbons, Fontaines DC and The Last Dinner Party. In addition to the names already mentioned, the album also boasts collaborations from: Anna Calvi, Arlo Parks, Arooj Aftab, Bat For Lashes, Beabadoobee, Beck, Big Thief, Black Country, New Road, Ellie Rowsell, Ezra Collective, Foals, Nilüfer Yanya, Sampha, Wet Leg and many others.
