Brit Forever: Liam's Concert at Sziget Was a Triumph

Oasis, Liam Gallagher: “Here’s how concerts will begin”

Less than a week after the debut of the Reunion tour at the Cardiff’s mainty Stadium, scheduled for next July 4th, the expectation of the Oasis fans for the return of the Rock’s most raised brothers is to the stars. On the show, so far, nothing has been leaked, with the exception of the names of the members of the band that will accompany Noel and Liam Gallagher on stage: the lineup, to say, is top secret, and on the net and on social media it is multiplying voices and speculations. Now, however, Liam Gallagher thinks about feeding the curiosity of the fans. Always very active on X, former Twitter, where in addition to posting tweets, continuously never fails to answer fans’ questions, the youngest of the two Manchester brothers has revealed how the concerts will begin.

Perhaps on the notes of “Rock’n’roll Star”, perhaps on those of “Shakemaker”, according to what anticipated by Liam Gallagher the band will enter the stage avoiding any form of divism, immediately starting to play:

We will simply walk on stage and start playing. We are not at the fucking circus. We will not be fired by a cannon ball. We are not exhibitionists.

The Cardiff show, then explained Liam, will begin at 8.15 pm (21.15 Italian time):

The Oasis will be on stage at 8.15 pm. You are not late, because otherwise let’s start without you.

Over 75 thousand spectators will attend the tour debut concert on July 4th. In general, for the 17 tour dates in the United Kingdom and Ireland Oasis sold 1.4 million tickets. In the past few hours, a video posted by the Oasis on their official social channels has officially started the countdown.
