Nine inch nails: how the first concert went after three years
Last night, June 15, from the 3arena of Dublin, in Ireland, the New world tour of the Nine Inch Nails, baptized “peel it back world tour” and that It will pass from Italy next week. The concert staged in the Irish capital scored The return to the stages of the band led by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross with his first live performance after three years.
To kick off their “peel it back world tour”, the Nine Inch Nails proposed A show divided into four actswith 20 songs that have gone through their entire repertoire, performed both on a main stage both on A second stage placed in the middle of the publicor, all accompanied by elaborate visual images and plays of light. As reported by “Consequence”, the set opened with a trilogy of Less known songs – “Right where it Belongs,” “Ruiner” and “Piggy (Nothing Can Stop Me Now)” – performed for the first time live since 2009. The Nin then continued with Some of the most loved pieces by fansincluding “March of the Pigs”, “The Frail”, “Copy of a” and “Gave up.”
The third act also saw Reznor welcome on stage German DJ Boys Noizeto which the opening of the concerts has been entrusted during the tour, for a series of three live collaborations, including “Vessel”, “parasite” of the How to Destro Angel, and “Came Back Haunted”. The Nine Inch Nails then closed the evening with A last act dedicated to great successeswith songs such as “Closer”, “The Hand That Feeds”, “Head like a Hole” and “Hurt”, in addition to their cover of “I’m Afraid of American” by David Bowie.
The “Peel It Back World Tour” will bring the Nine Inch Nails In concert also in Italy, for a single date set for June 24 at the Milan Music Park. The tour will then cross Europe until mid -July, and then brought the band to North America from early August.
