Nile Rodgers & Chic live in Italy in summer 2025

Nile Rodgers & Chic they return to Italy in the summer of 2025 for a series of six concerts that will make the Italian public dance. With an unprecedented career, Nile Rodgers is an icon who has marked entire generations with a long list of successes behind him and a musical production with which he has crossed eras and styles.

For Nile Rodgers & Chic, music has multiple nuances, from funk to disco, up to the rhythms that have inspired the world of hip-hop and contemporary pop. With timeless hits like “Le Freak”, “Good Times” and the unforgettable collaborations with artists of the caliber of David Bowie (“Let’s Dance”), Madonna (“Like A Virgin”), Diana Ross (“I’m Coming Out”) e Daft Punk (“Get Lucky”), Nile Rodgers managed to oversell 500 million albums all over the world.

Nile Rodgers, inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and in the Songwriters Hall of Fameis also a symbol of social and cultural commitment: it has been awarded prestigious awards such as the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and the most recent World Economic Forum’s Crystal Award for his extraordinary contribution to building a more inclusive and peaceful world through music.

With his musical activity, Rodgers has inspired artists and audiences of every generation, and his work with Chic created a musical language that still resonates today in the most listened to hits in the world. A few days ago Chic lost their historic singer (in the group since 1976) Alfa Anderson, passed away at the age of 78.

Also a few weeks ago the same Nile Rodgers surprisingly announced that it will be in billboard of the Glastonbury festival 2025 (Read here). However, no official confirmation (but not even a denial) came from the artistic direction of the event
