Nick Cave: ‘Wild God’ tour with the Bad Seeds becomes an album
The tour by Nick Cave with his Bad Seeds in support of the album “Wild God” (our review here), also passed through Italy for a single date last year in Milan (our story here), it becomes a live album. The testimony of the tour, entitled “Live God“, which made stops in the UK, Europe and North America between 2024 and 2025, will be released next December 5th as a record of 15 live songs.
As reported in a press release, the extensive lineup includes the complete performance of the 2024 studio albumbeyond live versions of some of the most loved songs of Cave’s repertoire, such as “From her to eternity”, “Papa won’t leave you, Henry” and “Into my arms”. On stage, together with Nick Cavebeyond Warren Ellis, Jim Sclavunos, George Vjestica, Larry Mullins and Carly Paradis there is also Colin Greenwoodthe Radiohead bassist who participated in the making of the Bad Seeds’ latest album, before joining them on tour.

The release of the live album precedes the series of dates planned in Australia and New Zealand in February 2026, as well as new European tour which will see Nick Cave involved insummer of next year with – among other things – a stage also planned in Italy scheduled to The First Summer next June 26th.
