Neil Young he posted a message about his Neil Young Archives in which he informs his fans that he is working on a new album together with Chrome Hearts and once again allowing himself to comment on the actions of the Trump administration.

This is the message written by Neil Young: “Guys, I’m deeply saddened by this country. Today’s politics are sad and depressing. I can’t take it anymore. I can take to the streets and openly express my disappointment. We have the worst president in the history of our country. Every day we end up with a terrible TV show produced by DJT. Now, fortunately, I’m back in the studio recording a new album with Chrome Hearts. I love the songs and the emotions they convey, life and love. That’s what music is. So far we have eight new songs. They make me feel emotions.”

Young’s lack of sympathy for the president of the United States is well known. He called the ICE killings in Minnesota “the biggest disaster I’ve ever witnessed,” offered free access to his catalog to the people of Greenland threatened with annexation by Trump, and further called for a blanket boycott of all companies that support Donald Trump.
