Morgan comments on the Italian anthem sung by Laura Pausini

The day before last evening the inauguration ceremony of the Winter Olympics was held at the San Siro stadium in Milan Milan-Cortina 2026. Among them guests invited to perform during the ceremony, Andrea Bocelli, Mariah Carey, Ghali, Also Laura Pausini who was called to interpret our national anthem, ‘The song of the Italians’.

A performance that earned the applause of some and the condemnation of others. The most recurring accusation, among those who criticized the performance of the singer from Solarolo, was that of having modified the anthem too much by inserting unwanted vocal virtuosity.

Now, with a message published on his Instagram channel, Morgan he gave his opinion on the issue by introducing it with these words: “Italian anthem to the Olympics. The opinion of the humble Morgan”.
