Mike Terrana new Vasco drummer? The staff denies it

Mike Terrana has suddenly become a big fan of Vasco Rossi, to the point of publishing videos on his official social channels in which he plays the drums virtually accompanying the rocker Zocca, or the musician is practicing playing the Komandante’s songs ? In recent days, the 64-year-old former drummer of bands such as Rage, Vision Divine and Gamma Ray has published clips on Instagram in which he plays songs such as “Gli ordini che fai” and “Rewind”, tagging Vasco’s loyal musicians in the posts, from Stef Burns to Vince Pastano.

The videos aroused the curiosity of fans of the rocker from Zocca, who by 2024 will have to say goodbye to Matt Laug, the drummer who had been playing with him since 2007 but who now preferred AC/DC to Rossi, and rumors immediately began to follow. But Vasco Rossi’s staff, heard by Rockol, denies the rumours: “a legend” born on social media following the publication of the videos by Terrana. Who knows whether the drummer, after learning of Laug’s departure, simply wanted to apply to become the new rhythmic engine of the rocker’s band. The mystery deepens.
