Michele Bitossi (formerly “Mezzala”): here is the new album
“Tutte Difesa” is the new album by Michele Bitossi, available through Blackcandy productions in distribution Believe Digital, on all streaming platforms and in digital stores, and Self for the physical version, on vinyl and CD. The album arrives after the previews of the singles “Digadentro”, “Sono non sono” and the double release “Wait for me again / I don’t know who you are but I want you”, in addition to the split release with Perturbazione where the band reinterprets one of Michele’s latest singles, “Digadentro”, while Bitossi re-proposes one of the iconic songs of the historic Turin alt rock band, “Del nostra tempo rubato”.
The album is the result of a shared journey. A central part of the album is in fact born from the writing work between Michele Bitossi and Kaballà: dSome of the most representative songs on the album take shape from this four-handed work, including “Sono non sono”, “Partigiano”, “La amministrazione off”, “La mia vita nuova” and “Pensieri”.
Here is the video of “Partigano”:
Alongside this central nucleus, the album is enriched with further significant collaborations. Francesco Bianconi co-wrote “An Infinite Song of Love” and “Baci di Giuda” with Bitossi, while Bitossi, Kaballà and Francesco Gabbani are the co-authors of “Pensieri”.
The artistic production is entrusted to Ale Bavo, while mastering and finalization are handled by Ivan Antonio Rossi.
Michele Bitossi began his musical activity with Laghisecchi (1998-2001). He then founded Numero6 and made his solo debut, first under the pseudonym Mezzala and then introducing himself with his birth name.
Bitossi arrives after a year that began with the excellent feedback from “I take the scarf and I come to you”, the podcast on football support released by Rai Play Sound, and the novel “Ma io quasi quasi”, released by Accento edizioni (independent publishing house founded by Alessandro Cattelan and directed by Matteo B. Bianchi). He recently signed the song “Veloce” for Mauro Ermanno Giovanardi.
