Madonna's “politically incorrect” concert appearance
Last March 7, on stage at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles for a date of her “Celebration tour”, Madonna made a bad misstep in front of her audience. As reported by the NME and other publications, the pop star actually asked a fan in the audience why she remained seated, before realizing that that particular spectator was in a wheelchair.

“You over there, what are you doing sitting down,” the singer said into the microphone, as evidenced by a series of videos shared online. After approaching the edge of the stage, however, Madonna realized her mistake and said: “Oh! That was really politically incorrect, I'm sorry. I'm happy you're here.”
During the same evening, Madonna welcomed Kylie Minogue as a guest on stage to celebrate International Women's Day with a pair of duets. The two singers together performed a version of Minogue's “Can't Get You Out Of My Head” and a cover of Gloria Gaynor's “I Will Survive”.
