Mace: in May a “Club Residency” in his Milan

Maceone of the most important and recognized producers and DJs of the Italian music scene, announced Voodoo Peoplean event who will see him protagonist from 14 to 18 May in Milan, his hometown, at the club District 272.

This Residency Clubs will see Mace (Simone Benussi) engaged on stage for five consecutive nights, during which he will present, in a very intimate dimension, the DJ Audio-visual set who debuted at the end of 2024 on the main internship of C2C Festival of Turin.

Voodoo People is a syncretic journey that embraces Acid Techno, Poliritmic percussion of African inspiration, lysergic arpers, and unexpected psychedelic tunnels. Dancefloor is not a place, it is a threshold, a ritual space in which the movement replaces language and the body synchronizes in a shared, almost primordial rhythm. A state of transition in which perceptions are remodeled, social roles dissolve and something new emerges in an introspective, physical and liberating collective ritual.

The visuals of Voodoo Peoplecreated by Stefano Polli (Sauce design), which also took care of those of the Concert at the Unipol Forum in Milan of 18 October (Read the review here), are an integral part of the experience.

Among the many performances of Mace we also mention the suggestive one that, during the Lockdown, held, with a series of guests from sunset to dawn in the terrace facing the Cathedral Milan at the triumphal arch at the entrance of the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery entirely available on You Tube.
