Liam Payne: what the autopsy results and findings say

The investigations will continue: in the next few hours the investigators will also hear five witnesses to reconstruct the last hours of Liam Payne, who on Wednesday when he fell into the void from the balcony of his room on the third floor of the hotel in Buenos Aires where he was staying, crashing into the ground and dying instantly, he was alone. The results confirm that Payne died from multiple traumas and internal and external hemorrhages caused by the fall. This was declared by the Argentine prosecutor’s office which is handling the case. THEThe autopsy showed that the head injuries suffered by the pop star were sufficient to cause death. Traces of narcotics were found in the hotel room, which would confirm drug and alcohol consumption before the tragedy.
