Jovanotti surprisingly returns to the stage

His presence was not official but it was thought that it could happen and so it was. Jovanotti last night he made a surprise appearance on the stage of the “Cautha Summer Fest” which took place in his city: Cortona. A year after the bicycle accident in Santo Domingo, in the midst of rehabilitation and in anticipation of the tour in the sports halls, the Tuscan artist is back. after the live in “Festival Of The Sun” by Rick Rubin (Read here), to perform live in a set of about half an hour in which with the acoustic guitar and accompanied by the inevitable Saturnino, starting with “The navel of the world”, proposed summery songs.

During his performance he joked with the audience: “Thanks to the guys from Cautha for this beautiful evening, it’s so cool to play, look up and see my Cortona, I wonder if I turned off the light at home, let me see!” and again about his physiotherapy activity: “I’m developing a new physiotherapy: it’s called physodance.” He also said he was “crazy about the Olympics, they hypnotize me, I watch all the sports.”

Jovanotti’s presence on Sunday 28th July at the “Cautha Summer Fest” is not a coincidence. It was in fact the evening that hosted the sound system of “BAM! From Jova Beach Party”, an open DJ collective, a musical experience based on rhythm. Lorenzo also has a strong affection for the Cautha association and the young organizers of the festival, whom the singer has praised on several occasions.

The festival music started at 6 pm and Piazza Chateau-Chinon in Camucia (the hamlet of Cortona where the event took place) was transformed, in Jova Party style, into a beach with water games and colorful inflatables. After his performance, Jovanotti stayed with his wife and daughter to follow part of the evening.
