After announcing it over a month ago, the new recording of is finally out “Going Home (Theme From Local Hero)” sponsored by Mark Knopfler who has gathered under his orders a cast that to define as stellar would be an understatement, gathered under the name Mark Knopfler's Guitar Heroes. The former leader of the Dire Straits in fact it involved over 60 first-rate names belonging to the rock family (read the story here). The song opens with what is said to be the last performance of Jeff Beckthe British guitarist who passed away on January 10, 2023.

The proceeds from the sale of the song will go to the Teen Cancer America and its British equivalent Teenage Cancer Trust.
