Glastonbury Festival 2024: four headliners announced

The organizers of Glastonbury Festival have finally revealed the headliners for 2024, after months of rumors and speculation.

Director Emily Eavis and his team announced that Dua Lipa, SZA hey Coldplay will be the protagonists of Pyramid Stage of Worthy Farm in June, while the queen of country-pop Shania Twain will win the coveted legends slot.

While many ticket holders express excitement about the festival's impending sell-out, there is an air of disappointment over the absence of many high-profile musicians, including Madonna, Stevie Wonder and Bruce Springsteen.

However, some members of the Independent believe this is a premature reaction. According to the site, some of the biggest pop performances Glastonbury has ever seen could be coming.

Meanwhile, for fans who missed out on general ticket sales in November, there are still ways to gain (legal) access to the festival, including upcoming resale (of pre-booked, unclaimed tickets) and volunteering.
