Gåte, after the Eurovision Song Contest a live date in Italy
Upcoming to represent Norway atEurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song “Ulveham”, i Gate announce the new one today European tour. Among the dates there is also a concert that will see the Norwegian folk-rock band go on stage a Milanat the Santeria Tuscany 31the next December 8, 2024.
As announced by the organizer MC2Live in a press release, another band will perform at the opening of the evening which will be communicated soon. Tickets are available on MC2Live.it and Vivaticket.com from 10am on May 8th.
The folk-rock band Gåte has etched its name into the annals of modern Norwegian music history, captivating audiences with a particular fusion of traditional melodies, captivating lyrics and rock energy. Hailing from Trondheim, the band quickly achieved success in their homeland in the early 2000s.
“We are excited to bring our blend of traditional Norwegian folk music and rock to European stages,” comments guitarist Magnus Børmark. “We are on a mission to revitalize our common folklore and traditions that we also share with many people across Europe. There is history and culture that unites us in a positive way, this tour will bring this message wherever possible.”
