Fedez: the new single is “Telepaticamente”

It comes out on October 31st “Telepaticamente”, Fedez’s new single, available on all digital platforms and on the radio. The song is part of a larger narrative project that began with “Temet Nosce” on YouTube, continued with the book “The water is deeper than it seems from above” and anticipated by a teaser campaign that appeared in the last few days in Milan. A black and white video was projected on the LED walls of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Navigli on Monday: Fedez, motionless, with his gaze turned upwards. In a few seconds, an explosion of filaments is released from his shirt, crossed by a flock of swallows that lift him up until he is left suspended in the airbalanced between a sense of lightness and gravity. No title, no signature, just the preview published by the artist on his social channels.

Today, the writing appeared on the same LED walls “Telepathically”, confirming the release of the new single. The song, produced by Merk & Kremontaddresses the theme of the distance between public image and private identity. “They’ll think it was fake, they shoot the artist, the person dies” is one of the central lines of the text, which describes the conflict between individual and character. The refrain “Te-le-pa-ti-ca-men-te is like making love to you again” links the theme of separation to that of invisible connectionwhile the phrase “The water is always deeper than it seems from above” directly recalls the title of the book published a few days ago.
