Already in 2015, Fabri Fibra had been sentenced to a shortened rite of a fine of 600 euros and the payment of a provisional of 20,000 euros, but had also been mentioned in the civil seat for compensation for non -pecuniary damages. The controversy was born from a fiber reporting song against the media and the artists created by television, with Scanu who was taken as an example and although his name in the text was changed, however, he was unable to make it unrecognizable.

The sentence was aggravated by the fact that the song in question had a significant media resonance, attested by the recognition of the “platinum disc” for sales, which exceeded 50,000 copies, in addition to digital sales. In addition, fiber notoriety has contributed to the spread of the defamatory content, also through social media where Scanu was attacked by the rapper fans.

Currently there are no comments from Fibra or Scanu’s part, who left his lawyers the task of expressing satisfaction “We are satisfied – the lawyer’s comment – Valerio deserved this compensation for having been attacked by a person he did not know, with a free and unjustifiable malice”.

However, the legal issue does not end here, since Fibra received a second sentence for defamation for singing the song during a concert, showing on the excerpt screens of the sentence. Scanu’s lawyers intend to continue in the civil seat to obtain further legal consequences.
