David Bowie, his daughter Lexi Jones releases her debut album

After weeks of advances on Instagram, the 24 -year -old daughter of David Bowie and Iman, Alexandria Zahra Jones, called Lexihas surprised his first studio album. The disc is titled “Xandri“And it can be available to listening to the main digital platforms.

“Xandri”, whose title resumes the name in Greek by Lexi Jones which means “defender of humanity”, comes out after some previews of songs shared on social media together with the 24 -year -old’s childhood videos. The disc, who includes 12 songs for a total duration of 47 minutesmelts elements of pop, electronics and indie rock.

The album is accompanied by A cover presumably made by Jones herselfwhich also presents himself as a visual artist. The image depicts two faces attached to the same head, in an attempt to separate each other.

Lexi had already made his passion for music inherited from his father known when in 2023 he had published a tender video on his official Instagram profile that portrayed her As a child together with Bowie, intent on playing the piano. The clip had been shared to remember the artist seven years after his death, which took place on January 10, 2016.
