Could it be the last tour for the Wu-Tang Clan?
The historic hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan He announced what Variety describes how “the beginning of their last tour”, entitled “Wu-Tang Forever “: The Final Chamber“.
The 27 -dates tour will start on June 6 in Baltimore at the CFG Bank Arena and will stop in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, Seattle, Chicago, the Madison Square Garden of New York, Boston and other places before ending on July 18th At the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
The Hip-Hop duo Run The Jewels (Killer Mike and El-P) will be supported by the tour.
The formulation of the announcement and the declaration of Rza, founder of the Wu-Tang Clan, suggest that the tour will visit multiple territories and could continue for some time.
Rza says: “The Wu-Tang Clan has shown many” rooms “to the world during our career; this tour is called ‘The Final Chamber’. This is a special moment for me and for all my Wu brothers to shoot the World once again and spread the swag, music and culture Wu. Our audience and I and our production team have designed a wu-tang show other than anything you have ever seen.
The announcement ends as follows: “After just completing the first hip-hop residence ever in Las Vegas last year, the Wu-Tang Clan is preparing to start this final tour with electrical performances and the dedication to give Fan another possibility of being part of the lasting inheritance of the group “.
The Hip Hop collective performed in Italy four times: in 1999, in 2007, 2010 and the last time in July 2013 at the San Siro racecourse in Milan
In view of the tour, the group and Amazon Music will publish a New exclusive eP exclusiverecorded during the “NY State of Mind” tour of 2023.
The EP will be available exclusively on Amazon Music in streaming and physically limited to 1,500 vinyl units.
