Concerts 2026, the most anticipated in April

Big names on the Italian scene, international stars and highly anticipated tours ready to cross the Peninsula, offering a wide variety of genres, from pop to indie, from rock to electronic: in terms of concerts, April will be a month full of variety. While the anticipation for the great season of summer gatherings grows, clubs, theaters and arenas continue to fill up, with concerts that promise intense emotions in the name of highly anticipated returns.

Blanco’s return

Blanco takes the ideal cover of the calendar of unmissable concerts for the month of April. Almost three years after his last official concerts, those in the summer of 2023 in the stadiums of Rome and Milan, the voice of “Brividi” returns to the stages. On April 17th the tour of the sports halls will start from the Palazzo del Turismo in Jesolo with which Riccardo Fabbriconi, this is his real name, will present live the songs from his new album “Ma'”, which will be released on April 3rd, the first in three years. After taking a long break, Blanco is now preparing to embrace his audience again: the tour will stop on April 20th in Florence, 23rd in Padua, 25th in Turin, 29th and 30th in Rome, 2nd and 3rd May in Bari, 5th May in Eboli, 6th May in Naples, 8th May in Bologna, 11th and 13th May in Milan, 16th May in Pesaro. In the setlist there will be hits such as “Unfino mi seppelono” and “Nights in white”.

The international stars

Among the most anticipated international stars is former One Direction Louis Tomlinson. Having returned to the recording scene last January with his new album “How did I get here?”, his third as a soloist, the British singer-songwriter born in 1991 will perform in concert on 9 April in Bologna and 10 in Milan, at the UnipolArena and the Unipol Forum. Tame Impala, Kevin Parker’s project, will also arrive in Bologna on April 13th, which will be on stage the day before at the Inalpi Arena in Turin. Parker and his companions had been missing from our country for four years. 5 Seconds of Summer, the Australian pop punk band with 18 million copies sold worldwide, will land in Milan on 28 April: they will present their latest album “Everyone is a star!”, released last year three years after “5SOS5”, at the Assago Forum.

Noyz Narcos in the sports halls. And Mace arrives in Milan

Noyz Narcos will take care of bringing the great Italian rap to the sports halls. Emanuele Frasca, this is the real name of the 46-year-old icon of the Capitoline rap scene, is expected on 11 April at the Palazzo dello Sport in Rome and on 16 April at the Unipol Forum in Assago. In the setlist, alongside the hits of an entire career, also the songs from the latest album “Funny games”: among the guests there are Madame, Kid Yugi, Guè, Shiva, Achille Lauro, Jake La Furia and who knows if some of these will not show up by surprise on the stages of the sports halls of Rome or Milan. Great guests will certainly not be missing at Mace’s concert on April 30th at the Unipol Forum, in Milan, when the producer and DJ will bring on stage his “Mace Live – “Out of Body Experience: Part 2”, presented as «a real sensorial immersion, in which sounds, images and atmospheres transport thousands of spectators into another dimension». Over the course of his career, Mace has collaborated with – among others – Joan Thiele, Gemitaiz, Chiello, Coez, Kid Yugi, Izi, Frah Quintale, Venerus, Marco Mengoni, Rkomi, Salmo, Blanco, Madame, Geolier: try to guess who it will be.

From Morandi’s “Cantagiro” to Gilberto Gil, passing through Subsonica

At 81 Gianni Morandi, the “Eternal Boy” of Italian music, returns to tour Italy as he did in the days of the Cantagiro: on 17 April the new tour in the sports halls will start from Milan, on the sixtieth anniversary of “There was a boy who loved the Beatles and the Rolling Stones like me”, which will also stop in Rome, Bologna and Florence, among other cities. Another music legend will also arrive in Italy, this time international: Gilberto Gil will be in Rome on 6 April (Parco della Musica) and on 8 April in Milan (Alcatraz). On March 31st Subsonica will kick off the series of shows at the OGR in Turin with which they will open the celebrations for their thirty years of career: they will also play on April 1st, 3rd and 4th. However, Luché’s tour of the sports halls continues, fresh from participating in the Sanremo Festival with “Labirinto”, expected on April 1st in Padua and on the 2nd in Milan.

In Gallipoli with Sud Sound System and Big Mama

In Gallipoli, meanwhile, we are already preparing for the large summer gatherings. Parco Gondar, epicenter of great live music in the Puglia region, will host the Easter Monday Festival on 6 April, with over 200 artists, 8 stages and 15 hours of non-stop music between live shows and DJs, with all musical genres. The cast has already been revealed. There will be, among others, the iconic Sud Sound System, Welo (the theme song of the last Sanremo Festival), Young Hash, Konrad, Big Mama.

The new ads

Speaking of summer gatherings: the summer 2026 calendar continues to grow with a series of new confirmations that bring together international superstars, cult names in electronics and rock, and protagonists of the Italian scene. Laura Y Brenda, or Laura Esquivel and Brenda Asnicar, will bring “Patty’s World” back to life on June 27th in Rome, June 28th in Naples and July 1st in Milan. On June 26th, David Byrne, historic frontman of Talking Heads, will arrive in Marostica, guest of the Marostica Summer Festival. Europe, the icons of “The final countdown”, will arrive in Marostica on July 5th. On July 6th, however, it will be the turn of John Legend, star of American black music. From Marostica to Este, where on 17 July the Este Music Festival will host Deep Purple, on 28 July Savatage and on 2 September Johnny Depp and his companions’ Hollywood Vampires. On July 5, the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia will host the Chainsmokers, Ozuna and Afrojack as part of the Hellwatt Festival. On July 17th, none other than Travis Scott, one of the most listened to and influential rappers in the world, will arrive at the festival. For lovers of contemporary indie rock, the Unipol Forum, just before the reopening of schools, will host a concert by Joji on 3 September, the lo-fi star with over 13 billion streams on Spotify worldwide. The concert area of ​​the Milan Fair on September 19th will see thousands of people gather for the show of Anyma, or Matteo Milleri, Italian ambassador of electronic music who, after making the United States dance, is now bringing his show to our (and his) country. And there are already those who are organizing for the autumn. Nayt, fresh from participating in the Sanremo Festival with “Prima che”, has announced his new tour, the first in sports halls: it will start on November 3rd from Bari and will stop on the 5th in Padua, on the 7th in Milan, on the 9th in Rome, on the 11th in Naples. The phenomenon Pitbull, the multi-platinum superstar of “On the floor”, will also return to perform in Milan on November 9th. Rock lovers will have to wait until November 21st to see Korn in action on the stage of the Unipol Forum.

The unmissables of the summer

Alongside the new announcements, there are those concerts that are already a candidate to become symbolic events of summer 2026.
