“Close meetings with songwriters”: Mario Lavezzi tomorrow
The second series of “close encounters with songwriters” continues in Diano Marina, in Liguria, whose first edition had taken place last year. The review promotes musical culture by creating opportunities for dialogue and comparison in the context of the author song, and is scheduled for this summer, with 5 appointments, at the pier of the turtles (Lungomare E. Carcheri) in Diano Marina (Imperia).
Designed and edited by Stefano Senardi and organized in collaboration with Bmu Music by Ettore Caretta, the review offers both live performances and moments of dialogue, with a protagonist of Italian music.
In four of these appointments, each artist will perform some of his most famous songs and will participate in the meetings with the public, retracing some fundamental moments of his career and his creative experience together with Stefano Senardi and Maurilio Giordana of Radio Onda Ligure, who will modulate the meetings.
Tomorrow 11 July will be the turn of Mario Lavezzi, protagonist of a dialogue with Stefano Senardi and Maurilio Giordana. A musical and narrative journey that crosses decades of Italian music, from chameleons to concrete fauna flora, passing through unforgettable collaborations with artists such as Lucio Battisti, Ornella Vanoni and Loredana Berté.
A unique opportunity to retrace extraordinary careers, full of anecdotes, successes and experiments that have marked the history of the Italian author song, “close encounters with songwriters” offers the opportunity to get to know the history of the artists and the anecdotes that hide behind the songs of some of the most important representatives of author music in Italy.
The event, promoted by the Municipality of Diano Marina and the mayor Cristiano Za Garibaldi, is organized by Intersuoni Srl and enjoys the patronage of Siae – Italian company of authors and publishers, of the Tenco and Rockol club.
Entrance is free and free until the seats are exhausted.
