“Clonate me!”: Ozzy Osbourne’s DNA on sale

Little is missing from the event that Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath will see their farewell concerts on the occasion of “Back to the Beginning”, scheduled for 5 July at Villa Park, in Birmingham. While waiting, we do not spare marketing campaigns or other activities related to the “Prince of Darkness” and the historic band. Today is the announcement that Ozzy has collaborated with the Liquid Death drinker company to produce a limited edition of cans containing the real DNA of the legendary artist. Osbourne, who in the past had already worked with Liquid Death, would have drank ten cans of cold tea, each of which was then sealed to keep the DNA. At least, so this is what is explained in a shared promotional video on the net, in which it is also affirmed: “Once the technology and federal laws will allow it, fans will be able to use this DNA to try to clone Ozzy in the future and continue to enjoy it for hundreds of years”. Osbourne himself adds: “Clonate me, assholes!”.

As reported in the spot and on the site, each can have been sealed in a “laboratory quality container”, personally signed by the “Prince of Darkness”. Only ten are available of pieces, each sold at the price of “just” 450 dollars.
